SHIPPING POLICY

WORLDWIDE DELIVERY
We are proud to offer worldwide shipping from our secure facility in France. To ensure the safety and speed of your delivery, we partner exclusively with **Chronopost** and their premium international network.

ADULT SIGNATURE REQUIRED (21+ USA / 18+ EU) All our shipments are sent with a "Required Signature" service. To comply with international and local laws regarding the sale of alcohol:

• An adult of legal drinking age must be present to sign for the delivery.
• Our carrier (Chronopost/Network) is legally mandated to request a valid photo ID (Passport, ID card, or Driver's License) to verify the recipient's age.
• If no adult is available or if proof of age cannot be established, the package will not be delivered and will be held at a secure local point or returned to us. Any re-shipping costs will be at the customer's expense.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME
Please allow **3 to 15 days** for your order to arrive.

Why this timeline?
Unlike standard retailers, every bottle listed on The Cru Vault is stored in our secure, climate-controlled facility. This delivery window includes:
1. Retrieval of the bottle from our vault.
2. Final expert inspection to verify condition and authenticity.
3. Preparation of our specialized, shock-resistant protective packaging.
4. Express transit to your destination via Chronopost.

TRACKING
As soon as your package leaves our warehouse, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor its journey in real-time.

CUSTOMS & DUTIES
For orders shipped outside the European Union, please note that the recipient is responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees levied by the destination country.
