This website is operated by The Cru Vault. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to The Cru Vault. The Cru Vault offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, and specifically that you are of legal drinking age in your country (e.g., 21+ in the USA, 18+ in France/UK).

Sales & Delivery Policy: Alcohol products sold on The Cru Vault are intended for adults only.

• Age Verification: We reserve the right to verify your age before processing any order.

• Signature Required: All shipments containing alcohol require an adult signature with valid photo ID upon delivery. No delivery will be made to anyone under the legal drinking age or to anyone who appears intoxicated.

• Resale Prohibited: Products purchased are for personal consumption and collectors, not for illegal resale.

• In compliance with French law (Article L3342-1 of the Public Health Code), the sale of alcohol to minors under the age of 18 is strictly prohibited. By placing an order, you agree to provide proof of age at the time of delivery if requested by the carrier.

SECTION 2 - GENERAL CONDITIONS & CUSTOMS DUTIES
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.
For international orders (outside the European Union), please note that you, the buyer, are responsible for any import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees that may be charged by your country's customs authority. These fees are not included in our shipping prices.

SECTION 5 - PRODUCTS OR SERVICES (VINTAGE NATURE)
Our products are primarily vintage wines and spirits sold on the secondary market. While we make every effort to inspect and describe the condition of bottles (level, label, capsule) accurately, these goods are sold "as is".
Due to the age of certain bottles, we cannot guarantee the drinkability or the taste profile of the wine, which may have evolved over time. The purchase of vintage wine involves a risk regarding the organoleptic quality of the product, which the buyer accepts.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer.

SECTION 6 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
